- no items will ship. All orders will be given to the Coach Kortwright for distribution
- no returns/exchanges/refunds. There is no additional inventory. All items are made to fit the order.
- There are supply chain issues nationwide. I will do my best to get you what you've paid for or something very similar in color/style. IF there are no suitable substitutions, I'll contact you about a refund or changing the order.
