• store will close 12/22/24.  Please allow 2.5-3 weeks for delivery to the school after the order closes due to the holidays
• no items will ship.  Orders will be delivered to the Coach Ruppenthal for distribution.
• no exchanges or refunds.  There is no inventory or surplus.  All items are created to the specifications of the order.
• due to inventory shortages, products may have to be substituted to fill your order.  I will try my very best to get you exactly what you ordered or something comparable.  If there are not suitable substitutions, I will contact you about an order change or a refund.
• there is a minimum group order requirement of 24 pieces to be able to fulfill the order.  If we don't meet the minimum, orders will be refunded.
