• items take approx 2.5-3 weeks after the store closes to be produced and sorted.
• no items will ship.  All orders will be given to the Coach Showe for distribution
• no returns/exchanges.  There is no additional inventory.  All items are made to fit the order.
• There are supply chain issues nationwide.  I will do my best to get you what you've paid for or something very similar in color/style.  IF there are no suitable substitutions, I'll contact you about a refund or changing the order.
