items take approx 3 weeks after the store closes (due to the holidays) to be produced and sorted.
no items will ship. All orders will be given to the coaches for distribution
no returns/exchanges. There is no additional inventory. All items are made to fit the order.
Items will not be ready by Christmas (except the travel packs)
